I’m Vaibhavi Patankar, a Product Designer with 4+ years of experience transforming complex ideas into intuitive, accessible, and scalable digital experiences.
My design journey has taken me across and industries from shaping data-rich enterprise tools to building thoughtful responsive, e-commerce platforms, and non-profit websites for the Indian and North American market. Along the way, I’ve worked closely with cross-functional teams, led user research, created design systems, and built prototypes that bring ideas to life.

Every project begins with understanding the people using the product, the business behind it, and the problem we’re here to solve. Through conversations, research, and a deep dive into goals, I gather insights that shape the direction forward.

With a clear understanding of users and business needs, I define the challenges, map opportunities, and align on scope, priorities, and timelines. This ensures we’re solving the right problems, the right way.

Design & Prototype
This is where ideas take form. I design intuitive, accessible, and scalable solutions, from wireframes and flows to high-fidelity prototypes and MVPs, always keeping both user experience and business goals in focus.

Feedback & Iteration
I believe great design comes from collaboration. I share work early, invite feedback from clients and users, and iterate with intention, refining the solution until it’s not just usable, but truly valuable and aligned with the goals.

Handoff & Support
Once the design is ready, I prepare the final design for development - clean files, specs, assets, and documentation. I also support dev teams and can assist with no-code builds if needed.

Launch & Learn
After launch, I reflect on how the solution is performing. I review feedback, user behavior, and metrics to uncover ways to improve, evolve, or scale -because great design is always growing.
